Jail. The Broken Arrow Municipal Jail is located in the Justice Center at 2304 S. First Place. The jail was built in 2004 and is staffed by 17 Detention officers. It houses 32 beds divided into male and female cell blocks. The jail also includes an intake area, holding cells, visitation area, exercise yard, and two day rooms.
